I Have What It Takes...What Do I Need to Do

in Order to Make to the Tops?

To put it simple: train hard and train right. I can not put enough emphases on how important it is to train the right way. I will use myself as an example, when I was a younger I had more drive than knowledge.

When I was 15  I spend 30 - 50 hours in a week with hockey. When looking back now,  I could have used all of that time much more effectively. I was doing too much and a lot the wrong way. That is why my game wasn't improving. Also, lots of young players I know have had problems with their back and knees because of poor quality of training.

Coaches and trainers have a very important role on player development. It can be challenging to find a coach who really knows what he is doing and has a passion for the sport. That is why the mission of Athletic Force is to give you the knowledge and support you need. We are constantly building our database and adding more sports specific camps all over the world. Our training center is located in Carmel Indiana at the facility of FitWize. We offer a wide range or personal, group and team training packages for all ages and levels. Visit SondraFitness.com to find out more about personal training.
